We manufacture radius bent and flat tempered glass with custom combinations of shape, edgework, drilling/cut-out and screen printing features. Producing in small and medium quantity production runs is a strength, as is delivering larger-volume production runs.

  • Suggesting material and process options for achieving your desired feature, delivery and price mix
  • Reverse-engineering physical parts and/or simplified drawings to create production-ready CAD data and CNC machine code

CNC Cutting

Process Details CNC CuttingUse of optimization software and precision machinery enables us to cut both complex and simple shapes with ease, while maximizing efficiency and yield to contain cost.

CNC Edging

State-of-the-art machines grind and polish shapes of all kinds quickly and precisely. Multiple tool machinery allows one station to do the work of two or three, allowing for more efficient use of space while decreasing handling and processing time.

CNC Drilling

Employing the use of single- and multiple-spindle CNC drills means we always have the right tool for the job. Versatile and precise, these machines ensure consistent repeatable results with highly accurate hole placement and custom-dimension cutouts, all while minimizing set-up times and increasing processing speed.

Screen Printing & Etching

Process -details -screen -printingCustomer requirements can include the application of identifying, aesthetic and/or functional elements to the surface of the glass. Paragon Tempered Glass has the ability to design and apply virtually any design, logo or text per customer specifications.

Screen Printing

Also known as painting, screen printing is the last step prior to tempering. Using specialized, in-house printing equipment, the glass is coated with ceramic frit ink which is then made indelible by the tempering process. We can print any pattern with multiple colors using cadmium- and lead-free inks.


Identifying information and marks can be incorporated physically into the surface of the glass using either sand- or laser-etching techniques. Sand etching involves propelling fine grains of aluminum oxide or silicon carbide to etch the surface of the glass. Alternatively, laser etching uses a laser beam to burn the given design into the glass.

Tempering and Bending

Process -details -temperingHigh-tech computer-controlled cylindrical bending systems allow us to form glass pieces to a variety of single radius contours with minimal set-up time. Our five furnaces feature horizontal, flat and flexible Kevlar® coated rollers capable of bending to form the glass to its desired cylindrical shape. Key benefits of our process are that our glass will never exhibit unsightly tong marks and, most of the time, require no incremental tooling investment.

SculpturLite™ Door Designs

Process -details -sculpturliteUsing proprietary molding and kiln techniques, Paragon Tempered Glass offers SculpturLite™, the latest in entry door design. After the glass leaves the molding kilns and cools to ambient temperature, the parts are tempered for strength and safety.

The nature of the process allows each part to assume the shape of its mold, creating individuality among pieces, even for those formed on the same mold. As with any true work of art, no two SculpturLite™ parts are exactly identical. Using our silkscreen capabilities, color and other details can be applied to designs for added flair and appeal.

SculpturLite™ offers a wide range of textures – from subtle to bold – and designs that can represent a theme or replicate a favored pattern. Colors are UV-stable and permanently fired into each panel for lasting elegance and beauty.


Process -details -logisticsOperations at Paragon Tempered Glass move quickly. To ensure that the right people have the right materials at the right time, we are disciplined about both in-bound and out-bound material logistics.


Paragon Tempered Glass maintains an extensive selection of raw flat glass and select finished product to enable rapid reactions to changing customer demands. 

Raw glass is purchased from internationally renowned suppliers who comply with our stringent material specifications. Suppliers provide material certifications for each in-bound shipment so that we can certify compliance with the quality requirements of our customers.


To ensure that our glass looks as good in your finished product as it did when it left our furnace, Paragon Tempered Glass strives to understand your delivery requirements so that we may specify the appropriate packaging. Paragon Tempered Glass offers a variety of options; the most common being “L Buck” metal racks and both stock and custom-made wooden crates. Within this outer packaging, you may select from multiple options (e.g., powder, paper and foam) for interleaving between glass pieces to prevent damage. We also can apply Laminated Poly Coat (LPC) on both sides of the glass to guard against the hazards that arise in transit or in storage at your facility. In addition, Paragon Tempered Glass can provide secure packaging to meet international export requirements.


Our job is not complete until the finished product arrives at your facility. For this reason, we provide a variety of customizable modes for shipping product to you. Whether arranging truckload or less-than-truckload quantities with common carriers, or using our captive in-house fleet, we ensure that you receive your glass on-time, intact, and ready to go directly to your production line.
